I went with my friend as a birthday treat and everything was incredible and worth the money. The food was delicious and came quickly. As well as the spa facilities being incredibly clean and so relaxing to use. Definitely liked the Jacuzzi even though it took us a while to figure out where the button was (found out the Jacuzzi is on a timer). The only downside is on the email we were sent it said robes and flip flips were included for guest however we had to pay for the flip flip £5 each to never wear again. Although the spa is clean I still recommend wearing flip flips though out your stay which means spending £5 on flip flops which said they were included on the email beforehand. Other than that we both had a really nice experience and will definitely be back.

We did really enjoy our morning. The staff were all very polite and friendly. The only downside was the piped music - it kept stopping and starting - unfortunately not very relaxing. Apart form that would recommend.

The business massage I had was truly amazing the masseuse was very professional probably one of the best massages I've had. I will defiantly be returning for another. My only gripe was I was given a kids size robe.

I bought my Mum here for a spa pamper break for 1 night. We both had Elemis facials which were very relaxing! The whole stay was very enjoyable. This is my 5th stay on a spa break. Will definitely do another one soon.
