Fabulous day - booked as a birthday treat for my sisters. The whole day was wonderful staff lovely & extremely helpful (slight mix up with treatment times) Emma and Laura very kindly worked late to accommodate us. Treatments fabulous. Afternoon tea delicious. Left feeling very chilled & relaxed. Would highly recommend 😄
Excellent, location, staff, treatments, rooms and meals.
Cannot find any fault with this deal.
Visited spa for a day with a friend. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Very nice inside. Classy, pool brilliant. Treatments excellent and therapists very nice. very knowledgeable and experienced.
Had a vegan afternoon tea. Salad. sandwiches and fruit salad. Very nice. But there's so much more out there in ordinary supermarkets which could have been chosen to give variety. Vegan is mainstream now.
A four star hotel should be knowledgeable about vegan and vegetarian diets. Its not hard. Should at least have the basics such as vegan margarine milk biscuits cakes and sandwich fillings because they're available everywhere now.
Apart from that everything was first class and we had a nice relaxing day in quality surroundings with lovely staff who couldn't do enough. Will definitely be back. Happy to recommend. We will be spending longer here next time.
Fantastic day, treatments amazing and staff, particularly Heather made the atmosphere very relaxing.
My daughter and I where given a warm welcome by Robin and Kelly. We where asked to complete a form before our treatments. With this information the girls tailored our treatments. The rooms where immaculate and very relaxing. The treatment where fantastic we had facials and back massages. The girls where very professional.. we both had a fantastic spa experience.
