Lydia was my therapist she gave me an amazing next back and shoulder massage and a wonderful facial. She made sure I was warm and comfortable. This was the most relaxing spa I ever had. The sauna and steam was amazing. This is our 7th visit to Craxton Wood Hotel and Spa. Will be returning in the New Year.

We had a nice time at Craxton Wood Hotel. The staff (both hotel and spa) were very friendly and helpful. The spa and pool facilities were good. The pool area was looking a little tired in places, but overall the facilities were varied and all in good working order. Our treatments were very good, and the spa area was lovely- highly reccomend spending some time in the relax area (particularly the garden room) which was lovely and peaceful. The hotel was good. Warm and good facilities- again the room was a little tired, some mold around the window etc. But overall comfy beds and safe feel. We had breakfast I'm the morning which was nice, a table device for hot food, e.g. an English breakfast and then buffet style 'cold breakfast' (croissants, fruit, cereal etc). We had breakfast in a nice orangery style area which gave pretty views onto the autumnal trees and well kept lawns. We were impressed with the grounds of the hotel.

It was amazing as usual third time we have been very busy this time as half-term but staff were so professional not a bit phased. My skin was glowing afterwards and I'd had a tension headache for 3 weeks.
