We arrived late due to traffic and advised the hotel in advance so they rebooked one of the treatments as we did not want to lose out. At all times the staff were friendly and pleasant 10 out of 10 for service. The treatments at the spa were excellent. We had the free Rasul mud treatment and a deep tissue massage, again 10 out of 10. The evening meal was absolutely delicious and again the service was excellent.
We mentioned it was my wife's birthday and the reason for our stay, 1/2 and hour later they brought us 2 complimentary glasses of Prosecco as a thank you. 10 out of 10 again. Now to the only thing that wasn't perfect: the room whilst comfortable was a bit tired. The taps in the bathroom sink did not turn off fully and when the shower was used the water came under the shower screen and spread all over the bathroom floor. In general the maintenance of the hotel needed a bit of elbow grease. With this in mind I would give our stay a 9 out of 10 and we will definitely be returning.
