Had a lovely relaxing experience, spent the whole day using the spa facilities before our Rasul treatment. The whole day was easy and straight forward. Will definitely come back.
Super venue with great facilities. The treatments were excellent and the staff were informative and very helpful. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely setting and warm welcome. Had a massage by Debbie which was the best massage I have ever had in a spa like this. Afternoon tea was delicious and although there were other groups there we never felt it was busy. Lovely garden room too, and the thermal suite was delightful.
The staff were welcoming and helpful and the facilities were modern, spotless and well laid out.
I took full advantage of the steam room, sauna, foot spa, swimming pool and relaxation room.
The Elemis facial was the best that I have experienced and the afternoon tea was both well-presented and tasty.
Overall a very pleasant day.
Attended the Gin Infusion Mud Rasul Spa Day and what a relaxing experience including full use of all facilities and a gin cocktail . Staff were pleasant and friendly and the whole day was professionally ran. Would highly recommend.
