The spa itself is lovely; clean and spacious. The facilities were excellent and staff provided refreshments for a hen celebration; which was delightful. The treatment was fantastic with every body knot completely removed. The relaxation room was splendid and I could have stayed there all day long. The issue was the water temperature in the pool and Jacuzzi. It was freezing and everyone complained adults and children alike. Due to the water temperature, I would not return as the warmth of the water provides that spa effect and comfort. Nevertheless, a beautiful spa.

My friend and I were there for her 60th birthday. We had a lovely time topped off with a happy birthday plate with chocs, jellies and strawberries which was a lovely surprise. The facilities are first class and the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
