My friend and I booked for a spa and overnight stay at the Bailiffscourt Hotel and Spa.
The staff at the spa and in the hotel were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
We both had the soul retreat treatment which was absolutely amazing and probably the best massage I have ever had.
Our hotel room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.
We both came away feeling relaxed and refreshed, it’s just what we both needed.
We are already organising our next visit :-)
Bailiffscourt is a beautiful "old" hotel (you'll have to read their history) and their spa is excellent - everything is very well organised and all the staff we met (in the hotel and the spa) were friendly, polite and professional.
We arrived at 12.30pm for an absolutely delicious lunch with sparkling wine (part of the package) and then made use of the spa facilities (indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, Jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room and gym) before our treatments at 4.45pm. My sister had the "Soul Retreat" treatment and I had the "Drift Away" full body massage, both using TempleSpa products - both were absolutely sublime and we floated out of there feeling SOooooooooooo relaxed.
We finished the day with a drink on the balcony overlooking the outside pool as the sun started set. The final testament to what was a wonderful day was that I slept for a solid 8 hours - given that I'm an insomniac, this is truly remarkable! I can't recommend this spa venue highly enough.
The Spa has beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Jacuzzi. Beautiful decoration and stunning and calming views. Considerate staff and nice complimentary hot drink. Very good back massage and 5 stars lunch at the hotel.
Best massage I’ve ever had. High standards. Perfect destination for a spa day!
Delicious lunch and the swimming outside and sitting in the Jacuzzi was brilliant.
Did not want the treatment to finish was so good.
Worth every penny.
Will be back.
