Lovely spa, very spacious and plenty of beds and different therapeutic rooms for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the heated massage beds with the calming music. The music continues into each relaxation room which was a nice touch. The products on sale were nicely presented and they have testers to try some of the products. The staff are very knowledgeable on the products and can advise the right skin routine for you. I tried the Elemis cleanser and spf moisturizer which was beautiful. The only critique I have is that I had to pay for a coffee which was £4.30 having spent almost £150 on the spa itself, I was expecting some herbal tea included in that's price. The foods was absolutely delicious, complements to the chef, it did not disappoint! I had the smoked salmon with wild rice and a salad and the flavor was sublime. I went for the menopause treatment with hot stones and it's was really invigorating. I'll try the facial next time, as I will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely experience 🙏

My sister and I had the half day spa days including 50 minute treatments. We LOVED the whole day- the facilities were superb, clean and the staff were so attentive. Shannon was amazing giving a full body massage. The buffet lunch was delicious and it was the best spa day my sister and I have been to so far (we do a lot!) Thanks to the staff and we'll definitely be back.

Wonderful half day spa at the Vale Resort. Great facilities, use of pool and jacuzzi. Spa area has many lovely areas for relaxing, vibrating beds, water beds. The treatment massage I had was very good. Great ambiance and luxurious decor. The 3 course lunch buffet included in the package served in the grill overlooking the golf course was absolutely delicious. An excellent experience.

Excellent facilities. Very well equipped gym, lovely pool and relaxation areas (especially the waterbeds). The treatment was good, and very relaxing. The only downside was the lunch. Food was bland and lukewarm, although the puddings were nice.
