Very relaxing, very friendly staff, put us at ease, very helpful. Lovely hotel layout, loved all the pictures on the walls and the links to Agatha Christie and the history of the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Spending time in the spa and ultimate hero massage were both very nice. The relaxation room was tranquil and overlooked the garden which was beautiful. The restaurant had far reaching sea views but unfortunately we found the menu to be lacking, which really let the experience down. We both left very hungry and went home and roasted a chicken for dinner!

The whole booking process was very easy and the staff very helpful with a few queries we had. The Hotel is stunning and 4 star I believe. The staff are very helpful. Reception is open 24-7 The sea view room was stunning . Comfortable beds and the room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was AMAZING with a choice of everything possible including full English, continental, fresh fruit and fruit juice, toast and cereals. Very relaxed bar and lounge area. The offer was such good value. We had a 25 minute facial and you have full use of all the spa facilities. This included a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Towels and robes provided in our room and you can have a towel with the treatments. Car park is £10 a day/night. We plan to return! And our friends/family. Such amazing value and service.
