The spa at The Bridge is small but delightful, with enough experiences to keep you occupied for a few hours amongst moments of chill and bliss. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, making us feel very welcome.

Overall enjoyed the spa day. Myself and my mum came for a late Mother’s Day treat. Spa staff very helpful and polite. The facilities and treatment left us feeling very chilled and relaxed. Good quality robes and flip flops. My main criticism would be that the afternoon tea at the end was disappointing. The tea/coffee was luke warm at best and none of the cakes/scone were homemade which I felt was very disappointing. I feel there’s room for improvement overall in the way of cleanliness and in general the spa decor etc itself didn’t give an overall wow factor.

Expensive for what’s provided. Facilities in the spa tired, changing rooms not clean, Jacuzzi water dirty. Treatments 15 minutes not the 25 minutes outlined in booking. Did challenge and this and was told they were only for 20 minutes. Afternoon tea ok. Sunshine made it!
