Overall a nice experience. The staff were all lovely - welcoming and friendly. The general hotel areas were very well kept. The swimming pool environment, however, felt much like a public swimming pool. The changing rooms were dated and lockers required your own padlock. The Jacuzzi was lovely but the pool water was quite murky. Our clotted cream and scones afternoon tea were delicious. The staff were very helpful and brought my daughter a soft drink as she didn’t drink tea or coffee. I cannot compliment them enough.

We had such a lovely time visiting today. The massage was wonderful. The spa manager was the most helpful and lovely man. Couldn't do enough for everyone. We went swimming and they was really lovely. We also used the sauna and my favourite was the Jacuzzi. Would definitely be back, thank you x
