My wife and I had the most wonderful experience today at Ringwood Hotel & Spa. We booked the Morning Harmony package (09:30–13:30), and from the moment we arrived everything felt calm, welcoming and perfectly organised. The spa facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and created such a relaxing atmosphere. Every member of staff we met was genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel completely at ease throughout the morning. After our treatments we went for the afternoon tea at 13:30, which was the perfect way to round off the day. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Sitting back with tea, cakes and savoury treats after a morning of total relaxation was absolutely perfect. We both left feeling refreshed, pampered and very well looked after. Thank you to all the team for making our visit so special, we’ll definitely be returning and recommending Ringwood Hotel & Spa to friends and family!

Lovely spa, although extremely warm in the sitting/spa area, so it's difficult to cool down after the sauna/steam rooms. Wasn't too busy and could easily get in everything. Very attentive staff, which went above and beyond. Food in the restaurant was outstanding.

During our stay, we had access to the spa facilities which were lovely and relaxing. We had the hot stone massage which was also great. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Hotel room was a little run down but had plenty of facilities (kettle, tea & coffee, hairdryer, iron & board) and was comfortable. Staff were all attentive and friendly, would definitely stay again.

Another perfect spa day with a treatment and afternoon tea, I have been here many times with my sister and it has never disappointed us, we always leave feeling relaxed, the staff are always lovely and really helpful ☺️ today's treatments were on another level and I would say mine was the best massage I have ever received, so a massive thank you to you all and hopefully see you soon ❤️

Never been to a spa before so wasn't sure what to expect. After a lunch which was included in the package, we proceeded to the changing rooms and then into the spa. There were plenty of steam rooms and sauna as well as a foot spa and ice fountain. The main pool had lots of jet bubbles which were great for massaging and relaxing the body. 3 hours was enough for us but would have stayed longer if the weather was nice as there are nice gardens areas outside the venue. Overall a good 4 star experience and the staff are friendly.
