Turn up the heat, then cool it down again – this is spa therapy with a thermal twist! The Hot & Cold Spa Experience is a delicious contrast of sensations designed to soothe, energise and reset. Your 50-minute ritual begins with a hot towel back cleanse, followed by a flowing massage using volcanic stones and chilled marble to relax you as you awaken your senses.
Afterwards, wrap yourself in a warm robe and enjoy two blissful hours of spa serenity. Drift between the pool, sauna and steam room, then recharge in the relaxation lounge with tea, fruit and perhaps a cheeky biscuit or two. Take it from us.
