Lovely place with incredible treatments, however just a few little bits would make it đŻ. Relaxing music in the spa itself like in the cafe would really set the tone, disabled facilities are almost amazing but looking a little tired and the accessible changing room doesn't have a fan and gets way too hot and steamy!

My friend and I came for a spa day we had the most amazing time, we had a sauna, steam room we took advantage of the infinity pool. My only criticism was the view wasnât really much of a view as there is a hill and the entrance to the spa on the left. I also had a back massage from the lovely Ruby she was lovely explained everything before hand very professional I enjoyed my massage. Thank you Ruby. Other than that it was a really nice day and value for money will be returning definitely.

Starting the day off at 10am, we arrived to be offered our menu for the lunch that was included within our spa package, we were then given robes, slippers and towels also included, shown where the refreshments were, also included. We had the use of the facilities all day with no restrictions with a Jacuzzi pool, ice room, 2 steam and 2 sauna rooms plus the main pool. Our treatment was at 12pm and lunch at 1pm. There are also lots of products free to try also. The whole day was relaxing and excellent value for money. Staff were very attentive and engaging.

We have now been to Norton Grange for a SPA day quiet a few times and we always have a good day. We love the fact you can be there as long as you want (7 Hours on this visit) and not restricted to just a few hours. The facilities have been updated since our last visit, the aroma steam room and BIO sauna are lovely to sit in and relax, the whirlpool is great. The lunch box is a lovely touch and although it is just a wrap and salad with a sweet it is very enjoyable. The treatments are great, Courtney was my masseuse she did an excellent job I was so relaxed I think I nodded of. I would recommend Norton Grange and no doubt we will be returning soon!

Myself and my group absolutely loved our visit. We did the Serenity package. Such great value. The hotel/spa is lovely. Well equipped. Comfy and clean. Staff all really helpful and friendly. Josh did my treatments and made me feel really comfortable and was honestly amazing. All other members of my group really enjoyed their treatments too. Food and drinks were amazing. We just had such a great day and would definitely return.
