A very enjoyable and relaxing experience. I had a facial and was impressed with the therapist and the quality of the products. So much so I treated myself to a hydration mask. My sister had nail polish on her feet and was pleased with her treatment. The included lunch was delicious and the staff very attentive. The whole package was excellent value for money.

The lunch was delicious, the beauty therapists who did our pedicures were delightful, and the spa facilities were great ~ we loved the experience showers. We ended our experience in the relaxation space which was blissful.

From start to finish the service and experience was great. From changing our timings booked for us, which they did quickly with no trouble to arriving and having a lovely cocktail with friendly service. Then our 2 course meal in the restaurant, which was included in the package, was amazing! The service of the staff in there was great and they were attentive, the food was delicious and it was a great start. Then we had massages, again service great and massages lovely. Then we headed to the hot tub. I don’t know if they did it on purpose with timings but no one else was in there at the time which was perfect, if loads of other people were in the spa facilities it would have been a bit crowded as it’s not a big area but for us it was perfect and a great day. I would highly recommend!
