Arrived at 10am, and my treatment was booked for 10.15am, I was not informed of the time slot before arrival. Then directed to a table to complete a form and choose your food. The lite lunch (up to £10) was very nice and fresh and the eating area lovely. I missed the first 10 minutes of my treatment. The treatment was excellent and Jason was very friendly and made you feel at ease. The big shock was having to purchase a padlock (£4.90 each) for your locker if you wanted to secure your things! So back upstairs to the reception to purchase padlocks. The young receptionist at the front desk was not very helpful at all, however I found the rest of the staff lovely and helpful. The best part was the Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna area, lovely and relaxing. The swimming pool is separate and upstairs. Overall I had a nice relaxing time but feel when booking you should be made aware of the extra costs and what time your treatment time is in advance of your arrival.

Booked last minute and very pleasently surprised! This was such a lovely spa, you'd never know such a beautiful spa was hidden in the Leisure Centre. Staff were really friendly and helpful, facial was fantastic, afternoon tea very tasty and generous! Hydro pool and facitilites were lovely and not too busy. Gym equipped well and not too busy either. We will definitely be back again!

Friendly welcome and a lovely environment in the spa. My treatment was very good and the therapist took time to ask me what I wanted out of the treatment. My "light lunch" was beautifully presented and very filling. Plenty of water available throughout the experience. I had forgotten to take a padlock for the lockers, and the staff, helpfully, lent one to me.
