The hotel is situated on the edge of the 200-acre Syon House Estate, the historic home of the Duke of Northumberland and one of London’s most iconic settings. Time spent here will always be special.

Lovely, clean spa, with a calming ambiance. Customer service on point. Had a relaxing afternoon, starting in the wet area, a 50 min relaxing massage, then sat in the snug and served with herbal tea. Could have done with a bit longer in the wet area, but all in all, an enjoyable experience.
