My second visit to the spa at Hampshire Court Hotel. I received a call the day before our visit to confirm the time of our treatment and afternoon tea. The receptionist was welcoming and informative, the facilities clean and modern. The pool was really quiet and the treatments weee of a high standard. The bar area was nice with a good choice of drinks and bar snacks. Again the restaurant staff were welcoming and attentive and the afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful. All in all great value and a very relaxing day.

Our Spa treatments really were the total relaxation game changer... Ida is a credit to your team, What a lovely lady and fantastic therapist! All the facilities throughout our day were clean and the relaxation room was a lovely touch. Our only negative was the spa didn't have a Jacuzzi. ❤️

Over night stay. Welcome good. Treatment excellent actually felt that I’d had a massage. Evening meals was tasty and service good. Spa facility’s good just lacked a Jacuzzi.

My daughter and I had such a lovely day. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely swim followed by an amazing massage. There’s a relaxation room to chill out in then the afternoon tea was gorgeous. Plenty of lovely sandwiches cakes and scones with clotted cream and jam, plus a pot of tea to top it off! So worth the money and will definitely return.

We went here as a half way point between two friends for a relaxing catch up. The spa treatment was lovely, staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The package included dinner, breakfast and the hotel as well as the spa treatment which was great value. The only thing I’d say that was lacking were the spa facilities, two smaller pools and a sauna were all ok. The steam room was closed and no hot tub meant we weren’t inclined to dip back in a second time. There was also building works happening onsite which certainly didn’t help with relaxing but I’d assume that isn’t all the time!
