Great customer service, been there few years ago, thought back then it was really small, but the redesign of changing rooms and refreshed the corridor to get to it did the job, looks much more modern. Was really clean and the customer service was great.

Come regularly via SpaSeekers, price has gone up but still great as always. Came on bank holiday, children in pool but very well behaved, some adult men splashing but we managed to swim. Quieter just before midday. Ate lunch outside beautiful setting but pricey.

We returned to this spa having been s number of times in the past. I had a relaxing full body massage which was good. Just a few things that I felt could be improved on were - the hot drinks machine in the spa was very fiddly to use and rarely worked correctly. No flipflops were given as was advertised in the package and there were no bags to put wet costumes into.

An enjoyable morning at Tortworth Court, pool was cooler than I expected, even though it said 30 degrees, Jacuzzi was nice and warm sauna and steam room were nice.

The changing rooms are clean, there was a lovely atmosphere and we really chilled out. The only small gripe is that very few of the lockers work (this was the same when we visited a few months ago) and the steam room was out of action this time too. Still plenty to do and a relaxed time to chat and relax.
