My husband and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary today (child free) with a spa day. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully presented, the spa and pool area is lovely and clean. We had access to the pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub all which were super relaxing. We spent some time in the relaxation area and thoroughly enjoyed a massage each. The staff were attentive and polite, the shower and changing rooms were clean (although the hair dryers could be a little stronger). We were provided with towels and robes which were generous in size and soft. We would 100% return and had a great day x

Was a nice day, we chose to come here for the day as they had an offer for a spa day access for £25 per person, lovely staff, pool was nice as it was slightly heated. Although did feel a little bit cramped as had to move around dodging people quite a lot doing lengths. Had to wait for the jacuzzi to be free a couple of times also. Didn’t get a chance to use the sauna as it was full. Unfortunately the showers were cold when we were finished and didn’t get chance to wash ourselves. But other than that we had a nice swim and it was an enjoyable experience and would go again. Maybe trying some of the treatments next time, and hoping the showers are working for us and maybe going at a more quieter time.

SpaSeekers were great in finding us a spa for a large group. Quick responses when emailing about queries. Treatments were all really good. Spa staff knowledgeable and helpful when our party had any queries and questions. Pool area was clean and big so you never felt too on top of anyone.

I've been here a few times now and the facilities are so clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly and the treatments are always excellent, great service and delivery. The spa lounge is relaxing, the pool and heat/ cold experience is light and well kept, nice big changing rooms and free on site parking.

Overall we enjoyed the Spa Access package, giving us the ability to make use of the spa facilities without treatments. The pool area was nice and clean, and we had a lovely relaxing time. I enjoyed the plunge pool, and the jacuzzi was a good size and comfortable. I think we would likely return. Only negative would be that when we were there, there was a group of lifeguards doing some training that were very noisy and moved our seats around without speaking to us, as well as just generally crowding where we were sitting, which was a bit inconsiderate. It would have been good for the staff to let us know this was happening when we checked in for the day so we could have made adjustments for it.
