Five mature ladies meeting to celebrate two significant birthdays. Pool and spa were lovely. Treatments were good. The afternoon tea was inside which was a great idea due to the extreme temperatures we had air conditioning. We had been to this venue twice before and was looking forward to repeating the experience. Unfortunately we had only been seated for about 20mins when approximately 60 -80 people arrived surrounded our table, queuing for service at the bar. We realised it was a funeral party. We felt extremely awkward. After a while we asked if we could be seated somewhere else. We were relocated in the dining room As we were being moved a person in the funeral party helped themselves to a cake from our table . It was such a shame that this spoiled what until then was a perfect day

We enjoyed the facilities, lunch and treatments. The Jacuzzi did have grit at the bottom but otherwise, all was very good.

Me and my husband had an amazing experience from start to finish. Lovely massage, wonderful swim in tbe pool/workout in the gym and even had a little sunbathe outside after swimming before we finished off with a lovely afternoon tea. All the staff were amazing and very attentive. Definitely would be back.

Wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa areas are clean. The lunch was fantastic, we had the mussels in white wine, really good. I will definitely go again.

My wife & I had an amazing 1 night deluxe spa break at the crowne plaza, as usual the location and staff did not disappoint we have returned here numerous times as we like the area, the hotel is clean, the staff are polite and very helpful, food is amazing and the treatment / fitness facilities at the quad are superb. Would highly recommend a stay at the Crowne Plaza Marlow *****
