I came with my daughter. Sadly she was not feeling very well, but the staff were lovely. The facilities were clean, and everything was in working order! We had the Swedish back massage, very enjoyable.

I enjoyed the back and neck massage, facial with Abbie. The lunch was good for the price. Good gym, pool, etc. I don't personally like sharing sauna's etc with men. The changing room showers are ok. Lockers and other facilities good. Staff helpful and lovely. Especially the treatment room girls. Not keen on the robes!!! Sorry. I would come again. Thanks.

Myself and my daughter booked the Bliss day for 2 with lunch experience and really enjoyed it. The spa and pool were lovely, the waiting room with the heated beds were relaxing, lunch was really good, and you got a free hot drink. Our massage was a back massage with a scalp massage too and it was soooo relaxing. We both loved the day and I even got nhs discount!

The spa was wonderful. Clean, easy to navigate and I can't fault the staff. One of our group was unable to make the day but they rescheduled for her, so she would not miss out. Would very much recommend.

The staff at Bennatyne Health club and spa were so lovely and very helpful from the second me and my sister walked through the door. The lady who walked us around the building and showed us where all of the facilities were was lovely and the staff who did our spa treatment were amazing as well. The cleanliness was amazing everything was so clean and well kept, the food at the cafe was lovely. All in all an excellent experience and would definitely go again!!!

Huge gym with lots of space, nice pool, sauna and steam room, although the Jacuzzi wasn't working which was disappointing. Treatment very relaxing and all staff were very friendly and professional. The shower areas could do with a deep clean.
