We had a excellent relaxing day.
Booked the trip for me and my sister for a special birthday.
The spa treatments were lovely, the facial was amazing.
The therapist was a major asset to the hotel, she was brilliant.
Excellent.. Every friendly. Treatment was very good I would go back again.
My experience was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. My therapist was truly wonderful - Julie - she is a star. My massage was one of the best I have ever had and my facial 10 out of 10. A lady in the changing room commented on how great my skin looked!
The pool and other facilities are great. I had a totally relaxing time and would highly recommend going to The Imperial Hotel Blackpool for a spa day.
So me and my friends decided to book a lovely spa day before going back home the next day and this was my first time in a spa. It was brilliant the staff are really friendly and that scalp massage was really nice! Throughout the day I could have fallen into a nice sleep that's how relaxed I was, the sauna and the hot tub were amazing and I even learnt to swim whilst I was there haha. If I ever come to Blackpool again I will definitely be back to this lovely place!
