What’s your top tip for guests to get the most from their spa day?
"Arrive early and leave late. Don’t even look at your watch- this whole day is for you only, don’t be distracted by your phone or emails. If you want to use the gym use it in the morning- you feel great for the rest of the day. During your treatment just switch off and let yourself drift away. Take time out to use the relax facilities- go to sleep recharge those batteries. When you are leaving don’t make plans for the rest of the evening, take that relaxation home with you. And make sure someone cooks your tea. "

"We have a huge amount of treatments but customers do like to have a bit of body and face so I would have a treatment where you would start of with opening up procedure, gentle scrub to the back, hot mitt off followed by a warm oil back massage paying extra attention to the scapula area, gently turn client over and deliver a deep warm face décolleté and scalp massage, firm lymphatic drainage to the face and scalp- this treatment would be dedicated to deep relaxation and pure equilibrium. Lunch would be our scrumptious Buffet lunch with complimentary juices."
