It was an excellent spa day at Sprowston Manor Hall. The package included a neck & back massage and a cream tea. The massage was really relaxing and cream tea was to die for with clotted cream and as much tea or coffee you wanted. The service was spot on, nothing was too much trouble. The pedicure option taken by one of our party (instead of a massage) was disappointing but I was more than pleased with my massage which could have been light, medium or firm. The facilities at the hotel were all in good working order. A lovely airy pool, sauna and steam room although the Jacuzzi could had been a tad warmer. The showers and changing room were hot and clean. It was good to see a swimming costume spinner and plastic bags to take your wet things home. They do charge a £1 for extra towels used. Overall it was exceptional value and I would definitely go again.
Booked last minute night before attending as weather looked poor the next day. Great relaxing day and pleasant treatment. Will go again.
Friendly helpful staff. Relaxing. Quiet hotel.
The service & professionalism was beyond my expectation. Lucy was fantastic.
We had a really lovely day. Although on arrival we were not offered a dressing gown for the spa treatments.
The therapists were lovely and very professional. Everywhere was lovely and clean.
The cream tea was very nice although we had our cup of tea in a cardboard beaker...not very traditional for a cream tea!
Overall we had a great day and will definitely visit again 😀😀
