Very clean and Covid aware, etc. The massage I received was out of this world, so good. Very satisfied overall and can't wait for my next visit.

Booked the trip for me and my partner for some relaxation after having our first child.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived, made use of the gym which has everything you need for a good workout, followed this with a face neck and shoulders treatment which was fantastic (also sent me to sleep 😂).
Then we had out complimentary lunch which again was very nice.
And we finished the day off with a neck, shoulder and back treatment.
Overall this was a very good spa trip and would recommend.Ben Foster, Brough

My visit was a Christmas gift and lovely because being 2 for 1 I could give my daughter a little treat too. Booking was fairly strightforward and the staff I spoke to were helpful and informative.
At the spa, the staff were polite and helpful and our treatments were lovely - they provided a very relaxing start to our spa day. The pool was fairly busy but not too much that you couldn't swim and there were plenty of available loungers when we arrived, however these did fill up quickly.
The chaging rooms were clean and the only problem we experienced were with the showers - mine wouldn't switch off and my daughter had to try two before she found one which had warm water. There were only two private changing rooms and I would have liked to have seen a few more as not everying likes communal changing.
We had a light lunch included which was very nice - two courses with a menu choice.
We had a very pleasant visit and I would recommend this spa venue to family and friends.Wendy Moore, Hull

We found the spa day through SpaSeekers, it was great deal for a 50 minute treatment, access to all facilities and afternoon tea! The hotel and the grounds were lovely. The staff were great and very accommodating. The treatment was very relaxing and revitalising, as promised. The afternoon was delicious and very filling!! Myself and my family will be visiting again.

Lockdown. Literally.
When I stayed, the hotel was only open to key workers, and key workers don’t necessarily work 9-5. I finished work at 1am and arrived back at the hotel shortly afterwards to find the front entrance......Read more
Steak best for shoe leather
Bar is brilliant when it has stock. Many times no limes, no Cointreau or whatever for Margherita. This time, wonderful bar but awful steaks. Tough as old boots. Pepper sauce insipid. Going home......Read more
