From the offset all the staff were wonderfully friendly...especially Aiden on reception with help and humour. The spa treatment was top quality with lovely products and the food at the hotel is extremely good. We had intended to eat elsewhere, however as the quality of the food was so good for our 3 day stay we ate at the hotel.
My friend and I thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed our overnight spa break. The spa facilities are very clean and the pool an great size for swimming. Treatments were lovely and all staff helpful and engaging. A particular mention goes to the restaurant staff who were so cheery and kind. This is the 5th time I have been to this spa and I plan to book again soon
Arrived early at the hotel and spa, the receptionist allocated us a room and said that we could use the spa facilities immediately. Our hotel room was immaculate.
Both my wife and I had booked a massage one at 1500 the other at 1530, the staff changed this so that we both were at 1530hrs and that we would both be able to relax together.
The swimming pool was very clean as was the sauna, steam room and changing facilities.
Breakfast was excellent and the waitresses/waiters were on hand to assist whenever required.
All the hospitality staff were pleasant and very accommodating during the stay.
We would recommend this hotel/Spa to anyone that is looking for a great overnight experience.
My friend and I arrived just after lunch to make use of all the facilities. We used the gym (the staff set up the virtual spin class for us), pool and thermal suite. Everyone was super helpful, friendly, really good service. Everything is laid out really well and they've made the most of what they have. The treatments were wonderful, and the therapists were lovely. We also had cream tea in a bit of the restaurant set apart so you could sit in your robe without feeling silly which was a nice touch. Recommended for a full day out.
Lovely relaxing afternoon. Lovely staff and excellent high tea.
