My friend and I arrived just after lunch to make use of all the facilities. We used the gym (the staff set up the virtual spin class for us), pool and thermal suite. Everyone was super helpful, friendly, really good service. Everything is laid out really well and they've made the most of what they have. The treatments were wonderful, and the therapists were lovely. We also had cream tea in a bit of the restaurant set apart so you could sit in your robe without feeling silly which was a nice touch. Recommended for a full day out.
Lovely relaxing afternoon. Lovely staff and excellent high tea.
My husband and I had a fabulous day at Inchyra Grange
It was very clean and gorgeously decorated.
And staff were very professional and helpful.
Lunch was very tasty excellent service.
I booked the Summer Retreat spa day for a much needed treat and loved it. This offer is fantastic value for money, with two 30 minute treatments plus full use of the facilities and a glass of prosecco (which sadly I forgot about until it was time to drive home, so had to skip it!). Because of when I booked I also received a free Elemis gift bag containing some lovely and very reasonably sized samples.
The spa is lovely and quite a bit more luxurious than the others I've been to. The solarium-like feel to the relaxation area by the pool was especially nice. The ice fountain was a new thing for me and it was really refreshing after using the steam room (loved the little, star-like lights in there). The beauty area is much bigger than I expected, with numerous Elemis testers to try for free. I had the Ginger & Lime scrub and Sole Delight foot treatment, both lovely and relaxing. Staff were really pleasant throughout. Definitely planning to return again soon!
Booked this deal for my mums birthday. Spa is one of the best I've been to! Staff were superb, treatments received were great and the relaxation room was lovely, great idea which I've never seen in other spas! Ate in the restaurant, again, food was superb! However, drinks a tad expensive (£8 for a medium rose wine). Rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
