Lovely building, nice comfortable and cosy room and friendly delightful staff . Excellent food and good service. Nice relaxing spa. The whole place has a really nice homely atmosphere.
Perfect spa day. Lovely clean facilities, friendly staff and first class treatments.
A welcome return visit for us, again relaxing, excellent treatments, good range of sauna and steam rooms and lovely outside hydra pool. Staff welcoming and very polite. Thank you.
I visited with my friend an we both agree that the spa deal was excellent for the money we paid. Everywhere was very clean and comfortable, staff very accommodating and polite. Food excellent, treatments very nice and we are already discussing our return.
We were booked in for treatments at 2pm (back massage & facial) but arrived earlier to use the facilities. Used the pool first then the hydro pool (which had a sign up warning us that there was a problem and it wasn't as hot as usual). It was so lovely as it is outside and we picked the most glorious day. Then went in the thermal suite (various rooms incl ice cold, saunas, steam, showers and heated loungers) then back in the hydro pool. Before our treatments we were asked questions about our skin etc and what sort of pressure we prefer and I felt thoroughly relaxed after. We also had a cream tea and glass of Prosecco on the patio in the sunshine. Staff were lovely and we had the most amazing day. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you.
