Our experience at the Alexander hotel was phenomenal, everything from the hotel facilities to the staff was faultless. The 40 min treatment was great, the hotel had booked everything for us prior to arrival and it was lovely.
Even though it was one night only it felt longer and I will be looking forward to going back there again!
My friend and I spent the day at this spa for a special treat and it didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with drinks and cakes and handed robes and a timetable of our treatments. The spa is gorgeous and we spent the first half an hour enjoying the outside Jacuzzi which was the perfect temperature. We both loved our treatments which were some of the best we have experienced especially my back massage and deluxe facial. I really did come home feeling relaxed and would go back to Alexander House at the drop of a hat! Full marks from us and very friendly staff!
We had a Sunday Night Spa package and were very happy with the experience. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely spa facilities and a beautiful hotel!
Our day at Alexander House was a very enjoyable day. The outside spa pool was a brilliant experience in the pouring rain. We felt really pampered and made to feel really special. The staff were all very friendly. The facilities are very high standard. The skin class was very good as we got to try all the lovely Temple Spa products. I had a luxury pedicure which lasted an hour. My friend had the most amazing full body massage also lasting an hour. The 2 course lunch was average, however, they had several choices. We would both definitely go back again for another Spa Day.
Utopia spa was a very welcoming place from the start to finish. The hydrotherapy pool was fantastic & our treatments were lovely. My partner isn't used to being pampered (rugby player) but was surprised at how much he relaxed.
