The outside of the building was not really what we had expected but all doubts disappeared when we arrived at reception. Staff were pleasant and welcoming and the surroundings were beautiful! We spent two nights in a relaxing environment and our treatments were carried our by well trained and approachable therapists. The pool area is superb and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so could relax outside. Altogether a wonderful stay in a beautiful spa.
Arrived 9..30am and had a coffee and deli board.
Facial by Billy was truly amazing, by now I was so relaxed.
Lunch 12.30 and on to the quite room to fall asleep.
Body massage heavenly, by now I was limp in a good way.
Great day of pamoering, would go again .
A very mind blowing experience. You can tell we don't go to places like this very often, maybe we should. Fantastic courtesy from beginning to the end, from the receptionist, to the therapists. Always felt welcome and important. Amazing back & scalp massage from a lovely tall lady from Greece name Iren or Irene if I remember it correctly. Very professional she gave me the best massage of my lifetime. Wife was also very happy with the facial she had. Relax area after massage was a room to lose yourself into and leave all your worries behind. Amazing facilities, very impressed with pool, steam room and kilo sauna. We shall come back again as soon as we spot the right kind of offers for our pockets.
Had a fab day at Malvern Spa. First time I've been there. Really great, also had full body message and facial. Katie the girl I had was brilliant. Would recommend her. Afternoon tea was good too.
Fantastic day at the spa, great treatment, really relaxing, perfect temperature in the pool, not too busy, good food, a great experience.
