My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and we had a really lovely time. The staff were professional and friendly, spa/hotel was kept very clean, the treatments we had were fantastic and the food was too a high standard. We would definitely go back !
What a lovely hotel and a pleasure to stay, staff were brill, facilities were great and it really helped me to unwind in what was otherwise a stressful time. Thanks Sue.
What a lovely treat. Just enjoyed a wonderful experience at the Harbour Spa.Starting with the welcome from Sarah who showed me through to the Ladies locker room and introduced me to Jessica who was my therapist. I was treated to a very relaxing massage with oils chosen by me (will try the rejuvenating oils next time) and then time in the relaxation room to savour every moment of my treatment. The pool look so inviting, not to mention the steam room and sauna but got to leave something for next time, will make it a Spa day with some friends.
Having had a stressful week at work I decided to take advantage of the amazing new Spa that I had heard had opened in St Ives. I booked myself in for a ESPA Holistic Back, Face and Head Massage. It was amazing, for a whole hour and a half I got to forget about everything and just relax. Mellissa was fantastic, every need was catered for and I even managed a cheeky snooze in the relaxation area after! I would definitely recommend The Harbour Spa in St Ives and cannot wait to go back.
My fiancée decided that we needed a break and as she was already in St Ives for work, we'd heard good things about the St Ives Harbour Hotel. St Ives itself is a beautiful seaside town with a lovely mix of shops and culture; the crab sandwiches are amazing. The Harbour Hotel is no more than 5 minutes’ walk from the centre and has a lovely warmth and welcoming feel to it. The staff are friendly and made me feel like an old friend. The inside is charming, made even more so by the vintage lift, the bedroom we had was spacious, clean and offered a stunning sea view. The new spa was the cherry on the already wonderful cake and after sampling the pool (with swimming jet), the Jacuzzi, the steam room and sauna, I was ready for my ESPA massage. WOW....is the only way can sum it up. The spa staff and facilities were all fantastic and well worth the money; oh and I forgot about the view from the spa decking - absolutely breath-taking and comparable with the best views around the world . We've already booked our next stay and I really can’t wait.

TLDR: This isn’t a bad hotel, but it’s not a great one. If you’ve been to another Harbour Hotel in the past, you’ll be rather disappointed with this one. There’s nothing that jumps out and says...... Read more
