Absolutely loved the spa evening. Booked it as a treat for my daughter’s 30th and everything was lovely. The afternoon tea was nice and so were all the spa facilities. Will definitely book again.

We experienced a very warm and welcoming arrival. The spa had all we required steam room, sauna , Jacuzzi and pool, however the jacuzzi did get a little busy and we was unable to use it more than once. I had booked for our treatments to be together in a double room,but unfortunately this was missed on the booking so we had out treatments separately. My daughters treatment experience was wonderful, but I felt my message was rushed. The afternoon tea was lovely as there were a good variety of savory and cakes. Overall we had a lovely time and we would visit again.

Dora who did my hot stones therapy what a lovely lady, very caring and attentive and nothing was too much. Never rushed me in any way, her pressure touch was perfect. I felt a lot ‘ lighter ‘ than when l went in. Only thing l noticed was a lack of communication with how procedures were done, how to lock your locker, where to put your used gown. Must mention the receptionist she was so lovely and helpful, just felt for her as it came across she did a lot of multitasking.

The spa was amazing. Had lots of facilities - pool, 2 saunas, steam room, hot tub, experience showers, foot soak and chill out rooms. The treatments were better than any spa I've ever been too, it was a Swedish massage and a relaxing facial with face massage. The afternoon tea was very good, a good amount of sandwiches, paired with scones and cakes, tea AND a glass of Prosecco. We were there from around 10:30-5pm and had an amazing time. 10/10 We stayed in the hotel which sadly I don't recommend, the room was like a sauna, the toilet flush wouldn't stop so was noisy and kept us awake all night, and the breakfast was (nice but) cold. But the staff were very attentive and apologetic when I told them of the issues so overall 7/10
