My wife and I enjoyed a lovely spa experience. Our treatments were very relaxing and professionally delivered. The pool area was peaceful and tranquil where we enjoyed the Jacuzzi, steam room and pool. We also were able to read in the very pleasant surroundings. Afterwards the afternoon tea with coffee and cocktails were great. I would thoroughly recommend a midweek moment’s package if you are looking to unwind for a few hours!

Oh my goodness from start to finish I was looked after, spoilt rotten and pampered. I booked this deal as a birthday gift to my mother and she fully enjoyed the whole experience. A huge thank you to the spa staff, therapists, bar and restaurant staff who made the whole experience for a couple of novices fantastic and a day to remember. The facilities, therapy’s, food and drink were all amazing. My thanks to you all xxx

At the age of 52 this was my first spa experience courtesy of my great boss. Facilities were clean and accessible. Swimming pool was very quiet except for the guy that was breaking the rules ...diving and talking on his mobile phone. Staff were friendly and helpful. Body scrub was different but in a good way - a god choice for me. For lunch I ordered meatballs in arrabiata sauce from the menu and thought it came with couscous but only got a bowl of meatballs in sauce. Think it should of had couscous. What's the point of having a main course of just meatballs? But the cheese cake was lovely if a bit warm as they brought it at the same time as the meatballs. So...my first spa experience was pleasant but not perfect.

I visited Crown Plaza for a "spa day out" with my two daughters, it was my youngest's 50th birthday. Upon arriving we were met by the spa staff who made us most welcome. We changed into our swimwear and enjoyed a swim. This was followed by our spa treatments, my daughters both enjoyed a back massage and I had a facial. This was very relaxing and we all felt very relaxed. We ended our treat with a lovely lunch in the hotel and went home having really enjoyed our day.
