Calming and relaxing atmosphere. Worth every penny.
Went with my daughter for a chill out before Christmas, the whole experience was relaxing in beautiful surroundings, the treatments were wonderful as were the 2 ladies that carried them out, we had afternoon tea which was again lovely. All in all a great day and great to spend some much needed time with my busy daughter. Would recommend without any problem.
My first ever Spa experience, my has been a Spa days previously with friends etc, but this was my first.
Amazing so relaxing.
ALL the staff made my wife and I feel so welcomed and special.
Nothing was too much trouble.
We were greeted warmly, shown where every thing was, had a coffee on arrival.
Lunch was great - friendly wait staff - just great.
The massage itself was great, I think I fell asleep at one point - AMAZING.
I had booked the day as a birthday treat for my wife - so glad I did.
Such a great day - HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.
PS - The wife loved the day as well.
Perfect from start to finish. Staff at hotel friendly and accommodating with room requests. Smooth check-in. Spa was better than expected with 2 steam rooms, sauna and ice room. Plenty of seating by the pool. Clean and well maintained. There were 2 minor points to remember for next time; to take a water bottle in to the spa as there were no cups (only a water fountain to drink from) & to take toiletries for the shower (only one green dispenser that wasn't labelled) as did expect these in 5* star hotel.
Excellent value for money with dinner and breakfast and a thoroughly relaxing time.
I took my partner for her 30th birthday and couldn't of been more pleased with the whole experience. The room was immaculate and staff were extremely helpful and polite. The massages were amazing, so relaxing and the three course meal included in our package was lovely. Definitely will be going back.
