Awesome experience for me and my partner. We would do this again.
This is our second spa break at Park Royal in Stretton. Our room was spacious and clean and we could get into the room at 11am rather than wait to check in at 3pm. For our treatment we chose the ESPA facial and foot massage which was excellent. The spa was clean and relaxing with beautiful ESPA fragrances and the technician was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi even though it was quite noisy on the first afternoon with kids' swimming lessons taking place. The steam room was out of use for refurbishment; this had also been the case two years ago so this was disappointing. However, we thought the meals were delicious and great value and all the staff were polite and friendly. In particular, Kumba deserves a mention as she fetched our lunch and free Champagne to the spa lounge for us so we didn't need to dress to go into the main lounge; she was really helpful and kind. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this break for quality and value.
Very friendly and helpful.
Spa treatments excellent .
Couldn’t fault anything.
Can’t wait for our next visit.
A friend and I booked our spa break to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Room was lovely, beds very comfy. The spa treatments were very relaxing. All hotel and spa staff very friendly. Food was delicious.
Rooms clean and comfortable.
