From the moment you walk through the doors of the spa you feel relaxed and far away from the stresses of the day. The staff are all very attentive and happy to help. The changing rooms are spotless and there are plenty of hair dryers and straightners for you to use. Fluffy towels along with robes and slippers are provied. My treatment was amazing with Charlotte giving me the best bacjk massage along with a relaxing facial. Spend time in the relaxation room where you can rehydrate. Your therapist will give you a list of the products used but will not hassle you to buy unless you want to. Excellent value for money.
Had a lovely Spa Day yesterday at the Park Royal, enjoyed every minute.
From start to end the weekend was a great success. Booking with SpaSeekers was easy. We booked on line in 15 minutes. There were plenty of emails keeping me informed about the booking. The hotel was lovely. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Our spa experience was everything we expected. The area was clean and comfortable and once again the staff couldn't do enough to make our day the best it could be. The treatments and therapists were great. We stayed on a dinner bed and breakfast break and all the food was first class. Would recommend wholeheartedly. In fact we are mapping out a return visit already.
Booked a spa day for Mother’s Day and was not disappointed! Staff were lovely and the facilities were great. We had afternoon tea included in our package and the restaurant area was well presented and the staff were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
