I wanted to spend some quality time with my daughter for her 21st Birthday and booked through SpaSeekers. Having looked at other online offers I went through Spa Seekers as it gave the opportunity to check if the date you wanted was available which other companies did not offer. The process of booking was very simple and our booking was confirmed immediately - the hotel had our details and contacted me to confirm the times of our treatments.
Everything that was suggested in package we received - no hidden extras. The hotel was lovely and the staff very accommodating.
We enjoyed every minute of our experience and it made my daughters birthday - thank you.
Would definitely use SpaSeekers again to book a spa day.

Staff made experience excellent
When you only get together once a year, you'd like it to be special, but it also has to be affordable. Thanks to well-trained and attentive staff, we got both in spades at the Hampshire Court Hotel. From taking a screwdriver to a beeping door, to complimentary bread and water at dinner when service was delayed, every person was polite and helpful. The normal teaching pool was closed so avoiding children's lessons all day in the spa pool was tricky, but it was all explained and handled really well. All other facilities clean and it wasn't too busy. We had all opted for the same back & shoulder massage plus facial and all liked our treatments. The evening dinner menu was appealingly varied and portions were good; my beef dish melted in the mouth and we all had desserts, again all delicious. There were some bigger groups in the restaurant and not enough staff, so they were having to work very hard to keep people happy, which they did. I would definitely recommend this spa break.

A relaxing day
Overall a good day, lunch although not what I would normally choose was lovely, treatment was great and pool, sauna and steam room very quiet, at times we were the only people in the pool area. Changing rooms etc all nice and clean.

A wonderful day to catch up with an old friend we started with a yoga class, then gym, coffee followed by using the indoor tennis court. Lunch was exceptional and catered for my coeliac and vegetarian dietary requirements. After swimming and steam and sauna we had our heavenly treatments. An all round fab day.
Only negative is that coffee etc so expensive and would be nice to have facilities in spa to have a tea or coffee. Minor moan though!!
