My spa day was such a nice experience. Nice staff, especially in the hotel. Very attentive and courteous. Only criticism is the spa day included drink and snack, of which there was not much choice available for people with allergies/intolerances. Otherwise it was a perfect day.

Spa was lovely, Prosecco was advertised but we could not order it, which was a shame. My treatments were ok, was ruined by staff member yawning all the way through and didn’t get the full eye treatment. My daughter had a lovely treatment though.
