Visited the spa today for a facial and afternoon tea. I was really impressed from start to finish. As soon as I walked through the door someone was there to greet me and show me round. The spa is well maintained, the relaxation room was amazing with tea/coffee/juice and bottled water. To top it off there were comfy beds to have a snooze. My treatment was amazing so relaxing. After my treatment I had my afternoon tea which was nicely presented with sandwiches and cakes. Didn’t have to wait for anything at any point, everything was very well organised. I finished my day in the thermal suite which had steam room, ice room, foot spas and even hot beds. Can not fault my day. Would highly recommend!! My only regret was not staying the night, maybe next time.

I have experienced a few spas but this is the nicest I have had, the treatments we're really good and the facilities were lovely. It's a shame the pool wasn't located in the spa area but would happily recommend this venue.

Fabulous day use of sauna, steam room, ice room, warm relax beds, relaxation room and use of the lovely pool. 2 treatments were an aromatherapy massage and an Elemis facial done by the lovely Lauren, lunch from Bistro which was gorgeous and unlimited water, soft drinks and hot drinks. Just a brilliant package, the day from beginning to end was perfect, will definitely be going again . The facilities are spotless and the staff are really helpful and nothing was any trouble.
