Nice relaxation and treatment room

The treatment room was lovely and relaxing with dimmed lights and bed was very comfortable. Also there is a ‘relaxation’ room where you can sit and have fresh cold water and relax in dimmed lighting with relaxing music and magazines.
The pool was used for swimming lessons in the morning which was not relaxing however in the afternoon was empty and the sauna and steam room are nice a big and 1 nice Jacuzzi
The restaurant was not good, slow service. But the food was nice. There was a gold event on so this may be the reason for the slow service.Jessica Ireland, Hampshire

Me and my 2 friends booked a day at the Meon Valley Spa for my friends birthday. Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly fully explaining everything to us. We had full use of the pool, sauna, stream room and hot tub which were all very clean. There weren't many people so got to relax on the beds, we rented robes for £5 and towels are provided. We had wonderful facials given my Emily one of there beauty staff members, she was knowledgeable and so lovely to speak too. We had lunch in the restaurant in our robes! And later tea. All was delicious and a good price for the standard. I couldn't recommend this experience more!

Our spa day was really lovely, I went to celebrate my birthday with 7 friends and it was certainly lovely way to spend the day! There was plenty of room for us to all sit together on sunbeds, great pool, Jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. We all had treatments, full body massages or facials and we were all so impressed by the treatments, some of the best we have had and the therapists were both lovely. We had lunch too which was really tasty and a good choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses. The staff in the restaurant were really good too. At the end of the day the 2 therapists (Laura & Louisa) came and found us by the pool and gave us all a goodie bag of samples. I really can't fault the venue or the service at all and we all said we would definitely be booking to go back there!
