    Lovely girls day out!
Staff were absolutely superb, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.Lunch was served in the main hotel, which was a very long walk from the main spa, although almost entirely covered walkways/corridors. Would have been nice to have lunch in the spa area though, to save leaving the building half way through the day.Pool area was nice, jacuzzi no longer available, but pool lovely and warm. Tropicarium fabulous...I could have spent all day in there!Treatments were great, and the head therapist was really lovely.A thoroughly relaxing day, would definitely go again!

    Overall had a lovely time
My mini pamper day was a gift by my partner for my birthday. The experience was a total surprise. I arrived with no expectations and overall had a lovely time. My mini-pamper day was on January 4th just after Christmas and sadly one of the therapist had rang in sick which had left the treatments girls short staffed. However I was extremely impressed with the girls dedication and although my treatments were delayed they were worth waiting for. The spa is sadly not in a good state of repair but it was quiet and I found the swimming and steam rooms soothing. I had a back massage, my nails painted and a head massage. The treatments were delivered in a professional and business like fashion and the therapist was extremely friendly and considerate. Sadly what let the experience down was the reception desk and being served lunch in the reception area as the terrace garden was closed due to the weather I would assume. The experience did cost a lot of money I later found out which does alter your opinion on certain things such as a prawn salad served with two huge pickled onion which did seem very appropriate. However, all that said I would return again.
