We offer a range of relaxing treatments all performed by fully trained and experienced Decleor & Jessica therapists. Unwind after you treatments in our 13m pool and heated spa pool and rejuvenate in our steam and sauna rooms. If you're feeling more energetic we also have a fully equipped gym which you can take full advantage of.Fitness
We have a fully equipped gym which includes Cardio vascular machines, free weights, weight machines and toning equipment. There are members of staff that can assist in the gym who are fully qualified gym instructors. Personal training is also available but at an extra cost and on booking only.Cuisine
Whilst your spending the day with us you are welcome to order anything from our range of hot and cold meals, Light bites and desserts, with all the food prepared fresh you can enjoy a nutritious meal in our health club or in our main hotels lounge area. We also have a good list of soft and alcoholic beverages which can be enjoyed in the health club or in our No10 Bar at the main reception area.|

Absolutely brilliant and relaxing Staff friendly and very helpful. Back massage, facial and mini-pedicure made me feel like a queen. So relaxing. the spa was clean and immaculate, as to be expected. I was extremely satisfied and would not hesitate in recommending it. i look forward to another visit. I loved the back massage it was bliss. I enjoyed every aspect of my visit, unable to find any negatives. |

Great fun in great place Had a super night away with a great friend of mine in a super hotel. Unfortunately the hotel room wasn\'t ready on our arrival and we had to ask for robes and slippers (we were expecting them in the room)The staff however were friendly and helpful. The two treatments (massage and facial were wonderfully relaxing)The spa facilities were good with a steam room and sauna. I think I may have been expecting it to be a little more luxurious but overall, a very positive experience. |

Best experience ever On arrival a very warm welcome. My requirements were asked and taken into account attention to detail of treatments was outstanding, The treatment room very clean, also the staff were very well presented. An overall relaxing and enjoyable time I felt so important I would return every week if finances permitted it was that good. Thank you for a fantastic time. |
