We had a group of 8 and 7 had never been to a spa before. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. They looked after everyone and made them feel very special for the day. The beautician Tina was fabulous 10 out of 10. The day was planned well and no one was left around waiting for there treatment etc. The food was good and arrived on time. The only thing that lets the spa down is the changing facilities, which are small an a communial changing facilities. There are two toliets that can be used as changing room so we were able to get by and the spa was not very busy the day we went. We had a great day, Thank you Selsdon Park

Nestling in 205 acres of secluded parkland overlooking the Surrey Downs, the Selsdon Park Hotel is a fineneo-Jacobean mansion with a history spanning over one thousand years. Situated on the edge of the cosmopolitan capital, the hotel is only 17 miles south of central London, 15 minutes from the M25 and 10 minutes from East Croydon Railway Station.

Spend your Spa Seekers Pamperday relaxing in the Tropical Indoor Leisure Centre with heated swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, solarium, steam room, spa pool and beauty treatment rooms. Pamper yourself by booking an invigorating Massage or Facial treatment with one of the qualified Beauty Therapists. Bathe in the warm waters of our tropical pool, relax in a bathrobe and treat yourself to drinks or snacks on the island reached by a bridge. If you are feeling energetic, you can join in any scheduled exercise classes, or work out in the gymnasium.
Exercise & Activities
For the more energetic, we offer a choice of two sized squash courts, two hard tennis courts and two seasonal grass courts. During the warmer months, finish the day with a lazy swim in our heated outdoor pool. For corporate events, we can arrange motorised activities such as Quad bikes or Pilots or non-motorised activities including human Œtable football¹, Lazer clay shooting and archery.
