Despite the fact that they were undergoing refurbishment, the experience for my girlfriend was extremely good. This was a birthday treat for her. Staff were professional and friendly, technically good, atmosphere was comfortable, and ambience (I am told) perfect. Having come back from Oz where the girlfiend was having trouble finding a place that is good value for money, combined with good technical ability and ambience, I think we have found it. It seems this is a spa that prides itself in its professionalism, cleaniness without the unjustified price tag of central London boutiques that offer less of the services. The surrounds are also very nice. (Poole)Truly recommended as a gift or even self indulgence!

We had a great spa day at the Haven Hotel Spa. Staff were polite and relaxed, the treatments were good and we were very fortunate with the weather so were able to take full advantage of the outdoor facilities. The Haven Hotel is very tired around the edges but I believe it is to be refurbished this winter. The very best part of the day was the magnificent lunch. From the moment I arrived to the moment I prised myself away, Emily Hadley of the Haven Hotel Spa made the day one of pure bliss. The back massage was deep and fantastic the benefits were immediate and continued. I had the best nights sleep last night that I have had in over two years. Swimming in the outdoor pool overlooking the Sea was both exhilarating and joyous even the sun shone !!!! The lunch was excellent in the La Roche restaurant and the panoramic view over to Studland with boats yachts etc .There was a good choice of starters, mains and desserts...Then came the Facial treatments and manicure; To die for! Emily has healing hands and was a delight throughout. I can thoroughly recommend The Haven Hotel and Spa for your Pamperday experience !!!Guest Rating
