For more than 100 years, the Haven Hotel has stood at the southernmost point of the Sandbanks peninsula with the sea lapping at its edge and overlooking the broad, beautiful sweep of Poole Bay. The treatments were wonderful, the staff were both friendly and professional, nothing was too much bother. I was the only 'spa lady' in so had the whole place to myself, treatments, relax room, jacuzi, heated outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub & steam room. Two course lunch was included and was tasty, you could buy a dessert for an extra £6, coffee and tea is compliamentery but not in the restaurant and you need to make sure you bring some money for drinks. Usually you can sit in a part of the restaurant away from main diners but this was closed and I did feel uncomfortable in my robe so got dressed for lunch. The corridoors were quite twisty and confusing to get from the treatment area to the leisure facilities and lockers but when you had walked it a few times it was easy to remember. I would definately reccommed this hotel, staff and it's facilities and I will be going back for sure.Guest Rating
