Reflections Spa in North Yorkshire has something for everyone; if you want to burn off some calories make use of our fully equipped, air conditioned gymnasium with a full range of machines with personal televisions leaving you in complete control.
We also have a large dance studio with classes ranging from studio cycling to Pilates. If you want that little bit extra from a workout we offer personal training with one of our fully qualified and registered exercise specialists.
If that all sounds too energetic; a few lengths in our heated swimming pool, followed by a sauna, steam room and a dip in the Jacuzzi will be key to soothing away the stresses of modern life.
