The Hall was built in 1721 by Nathaniel Booth and was converted into a hotel in 1971. Since this time the hotel has increased in both size and facility to it's present day splendour and now incorporates 132 luxury bedrooms, conference facilities for upto 200 guests, a luxurious leisure club and a superb Championship Golf Course.
Accommodation
There are 131 bedrooms, ranging from suites with a separate lounge, spacious executive doubles, four posters and standard doubles or twins. Some rooms are available at an additional cost with patio doors overlooking the lake.
All rooms have bath, showers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Sky TV, tea/coffee facilities, trouser press and ironing board & iron. All of our bedrooms are non-smoking rooms.

Manchester is considered the shopping capital of the North-West, with its unique mix of high-street chains, exclusive fashion stores and individual companies - names such as Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Kendals. Visit the many galleries and museums and take in a show at one of the cities top theatres.

At De Vere Mottram Hall you have a choice of dining options, enjoy the elegant restaurant 'Nathaniel's' which offers the ultimate in fine dining, freshly served food in a perfect setting.
Alternatively you can enjoy the more informal atmosphere of the 'Terrace Café Bar' and of course the stylish 'Brasserie' situated in the golf clubhouse with it's stunning balcony and superb views over the surrounding golf course.
