Overall the spa day was really lovely, Emma was so kind and helpful, her treatments were very professional and relaxing. The facilities were perfect for what we wanted, clean, not too busy and just a really lovely space to spend a day with my family. Afternoon tea was perfect too. My only suggestion would be for the pool/gym staff to be able to greet spa guests to find out whether they are just in for a treatment, or are they there for a day. We arrived early to use the facilities before our afternoon tea and treatments, so we weren’t rushing, but we were left waiting for over 30 minutes before I asked if we could go ahead and use the pool. They were very accommodating, but had I not asked we would’ve be waiting for an hour for the beauticians to come along.

Lovely relaxing afternoon. Full use of swimming pool, sauna,steam room and Jacuzzi. Spa was fairly quiet so enjoyed full use of all facilities. Excellent facilities. Followed by back massage and facial from Emma. Both very relaxing with lovely Elemis products .Would certainly recommend.

Great venue with good facilities. Lovely bar for coffee afterwards. Fantastic therapist, very professional, good at her job, great conversation, lovely facial and back massage, nice technique. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone, great value for money!
