Checked in with us before our day to clarify our treatments and see if we had any questions. Felt very welcome, when we arrived and the day went very smoothly. Pool and gym were uncrowded (midweek visit). Lunch was good too sitting in the garden under the trees. Our treatments in the afternoon were very professional and quality products were used. There was no rush to go home so we enjoyed a drink on the terrace before our journey home. The staff in all areas were excellent and Chesford Grange is a nice mix of old and new. We would all recommend our spa day.

We upgraded to a bigger room and it was lovely, staff all super polite, hotel was spotless food was amazing and had a great evening in the bar. Breakfast had a large yummy selection. We went for a birthday and staff heard our “cheers” and gave us the drinks for free which was very sweet. The spa treatments were fantastic!! And the pool was the perfect temperature. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Nice foot massage followed by a 30 minute swim and 15 minutes in the steam room. Will do this again sometime but upgrade to include overnight and dinner.

Our experience was very good. It was excellent value for money. The staff were very good, my therapist was excellent. Will be booking treatments with her again. We both had the back massage with full body scrub and it was excellent. Its a shame the facilities doesn't have a Jacuzzi but we will definitely book again, highly recommend but consider what you pay and manage your expectations.
