Absolutely fabulous! What a fabulous experience! My mother and I were given a mother and daughter day spa voucher for the Worsley Park Spa. As a very plain girl who generally simply washes with water and does not use products I was not particularly looking forward to the experience. When we arrived the reception was impressive, clean and the staff were very friendly. We were directed to the spa where we filled in forms and booked our treatments for later in the day. We then used the leisure area and spent a few hours in the gym then went to the restaurants where we were served quickly and efficiently and had a lovely meal of sandwich and soup with a cup of tea. We then used the pool, steam room and Jacuzzi before heading back to the spa for our treatments. The spa is beautifully presented with tranquillity at its heart. I was relaxed from the start. Fabulous treatments Unfortunately even though Spa Seekers emailed a confirmation of my booking to me, when I arrived at the Spa they claimed to have received no notification from Spa Seekers and so were unable to provide any treatments! Eventually (after a lot of hassle) the Spa agreed to rearrange another date for my £150 Spa package. I was so stressed out by this breakdown in communication that I was on the verge of not bothering to return for the revised appointment (and so lose my £150). However, I did return and have to say that the girl who did all my treatments was absolutely great and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Spa to friends. |

Mums birthday treat Bit of an administration mix up in the booking, the staff had to chase me round to confirm I had booked and paid for three not one. No one mentioned that drinks were not included in the £10 lunch allowance. Gym and pool facilities very good. Treatment rooms very nice and staff friendly and efficient, pity its a bit of a trek between the two. Overall a very pleasant day. |

It's a great spa I got this mini spa as a 50th birthday present what a great way to make you feel 10 years younger. Apart from the beauty treatments which were lovely being able to use the fantastic pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi meant I was able to spend the best part of the day there. Enjoyable experience Gym was great and the classes - treatments were ok - massage and facial nice - pedicure was pretty basic though - just file and polish! lunch included was just a £10 voucher for the restaurant which just managed to cover a sandwich and coke!! |Staff were very friendly though and efficient.
