Excellent value spa break We enjoyed a 2 night spa break in the Park Royal nr Warrington. Great location, easy access to Manchester and to Chester. We upgraded to a superior room which was excellent, and great value for the additional cost. Rooms spotless and very big. We were on a dinner, bed and breakfast rate and all meals were very nice. The spa facilities were pretty good too, and the treatments included in the package were of good standard - the massage was firm which was great! Overall, a very pleasant stay, would definitely consider staying here again. |

Excellent The hotel and staff were lovely. Very clean throughout, and the meals were excellent, that I cannot fault any of it. We were made to feel relaxed throughout our stay, and the treatments were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night away, with good food and wonderful treatments. What more can I say. We would love to go back for another spa weekend, maybe a little longer next time. |

Sisters 40th Spa Break A really enjoyable experience for a special occasion. The service and surroundings was great, staff very friendly. Spa treatments were excellent and we felt much pampered and never rushed. The room was comfortable and clean, with a good shower (which is always a must!) Could not fault the breakfast or three course meal we had, excellent choice and good service. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and spa (Elemis facial was amazing!) |

wonderful experience Went with my daughter for her birthday, staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was informative and friendly. The room was clean and comfy; a box of chocs was put in the room, nice touch. Food was beautiful in the evening and service was excellent. Lunch time and breakfast was very good and plenty of it. The spa staff were lovely, very warm and attentive; treatments were carried out professionally and felt great afterwards. Used pool and sauna, again very good. We will be returning to this lovely hotel, we both felt very relaxed and looked after throughout our stay. If I were to say anything negative it would be that slippers were in short supply, but no problem to take your own. Relaxation room was more of a waiting room, but there were other places you could go to chill out. A very pleasurable experience for us both. |

Would definately recommend The Hotel facilities were very good and the staff all very nice and helpful. The package was certainly value for money; the meals were excellent and plentiful. We received the robes and slippers on arrival and spent most of the weekend in them. I would advise anyone thinking of booking that you don\'t need to worry too much about the taking different changes of outfits as you don\'t need them! The hotel rooms were nice and spacious, and spotlessly clean as was the spa area. My only criticism is with regards to the back massage treatment, in that the quality varied depending on which consultant performed the massage, and some of us were not as happy as others. Overall I would definitely, and already have, recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend break within a budget to suit most people. |

lovely hotel and spa We were promised robes because we were on a hen weekend, but after been pushed from pillar to post we were told they only had 2. The treatments were lovely, although my therapist had her shoes off whilst doing my massage and I could smell her feet through the face hole...was a little rushed and a therapist was off sick!! |

Great spa Visit The pool was really busy and so not very relaxing, there wasn\'t many areas to sit around it but the relaxation room was nice. Prepare to relax My friend and I took a days respite from Christmas preparation to relax in the spa at the Park Royal Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. when I telephoned beforehand to rearrange the date (at short notice) they were understanding and efficient. My treatments were very relaxing and the therapist was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The light lunch was high quality, fresh and delicious.Tea and coffee were offered frequently.
