Not overly impressed Some of the jets in hydro pool weren\'t working. Not enough loungers in pool area, many people just left their towels on them for hours. Booked early lunch due to treatment time, starter and main were very nice but coffee afterwards took 15 mins to arrive, I had to go and ask again in the end as we had been forgotten. Treatment was pleasant enough but shower afterwards was awkward, the shower basin flooded over on to floor so I was panicking, mopping it up with my towel and trying to unblock the plug hole. The therapist said it happened as another client may have been showering in another room but after being totally relaxed, I was suddenly in a state of panic and embarrassment! |

Fantastic calming pampering experience I had a fantastic luxury spa day and overnight stay all staff were very polite and helpful. The food was fantastic well worth the prices we paid. Kelly, who did my facial was so good and what a great massage as well very friendly our room was of a very high standard could not find anything to complain about at all and will definitely be back again. I bought some products which I can\'t wait to use I will definitely recommend this spa to my friends and family. First class experience the standard of the pools and steam rooms were so relaxing and really made you feel relaxed. |

Lovely day Had a lovely spa day overall. It was very busy though and at times there were no loungers available at the pool area. Despite it being a relatively new spa there were one or 2 maintenance issues which did make it look a little shabby. Can\'t fault the treatments or service though |

A peaceful haven A spa with a hotel, The Malvern Spa is peaceful and relaxing. The fitness suite is fairly small but has all the latest equipment - don\'t forget your headphones, the cardio equipments have built in TV and i-pod docking stations. The spa has a range of bubble types with the added feature of an outdoor area which has been cleverly designed to hide the surrounding industrial estate/business park and show the view of the hills. The treatments we had were standard ones so nothing special but friendly staff and a choice of a dark relaxation room or a spacious light lounge. The food was good; we had to pay an extra £5 for desert which is a bit pricey but the Baileys crème brulee was well worth it! A nice touch was that as well as hairdryers there are straighteners and tongs for you to use. The only negative was that they had run out of slippers when we were there. |

Wonderful day A group of us went to Malvern Spa for our work Christmas day out. All had a wonderful time - treatments were heavenly and relaxing in the hot pool outside looking at bright blue sky and snow on the Malvern Hills was wonderful. Only slight criticism is that check-in seems slow - too laid back when you just want to get on with relaxing! |

Totally Fabulous As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The spa is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. The facilities are wonderful especially the indoor/outdoor pool area, which is even better on a cold, bright day. The treatments were booked were wonderful and the lunch was great. All in all, it was a perfect wonderful, relaxing day. |

so relaxing!!! Booked the twilight spa via spa seekers (excellent deal & service)for a birthday treat for myself & my twin sister and our partners. We had a fantastic day! Provided with robes, slippers & towels on arrival & greeted by friendly staff. Lobby area was light & airy and had a very relaxed feel to it. We all booked back massages & were very pleased that all 4 of us were able to have them at the same time. Excellent treatment and was directed to a dark relaxation room with a large projection of a beach scene on the main wall with the sound of the ocean, nice comfortable beds to lie on while you recover from the massage. We then moved to the main pool area, struggled to get 4 loungers together, but not really a problem as we made the most of the saunas & pool areas. All were fantastic! would definitely recommend & can\'t wait to return! |

Fabulous, friendly spa I booked a spa day for myself and a friend. The facilities at the spa were excellent -the saunas, hydrotherapy pools, treatment and relaxation rooms were all luxurious and comfortable.The staff were friendly, conscientious and extremely efficient - they even helped me to organise a surprise massage for my friends birthday. All in all we both thoroughly enjoyed our spa day and treatments, I would highly recommend this spa. |
