Lovely break My friend and booked deluxe package (massage, mini facial / manicure / pedicure). Very easy booking in - like having massage early and pedicure last thing. Enjoyed being able to eat lunch in spa (in bathrobe). Disappointed by paucity of veggie selection on menu, (My only options sandwiches- my friend had burger.) The swimming pool was rather cold (and small), as was the shower. I think there was a problem with the boiler. The treatments themselves were lovely - have now forgotten the names of therapists but they were both good. The hotel itself is lovely. Great location. |

Fabulous! Mini Pamper Day 10am - 5pm. Lovely friendly welcome, fluffy gown and towels, slippers, locker, all provided. Really good spa facilities, pool, sauna, steam, bubbles, plus loungers and good selection of magazines too. Then the most delicious lunch, all crunchy salad with flakes of parmesan and dressing, and then three treatments. Super back massage, then a lovely facial, followed by a pedicure. Kind and friendly staff throughout, all very professional. A really super pamper day – could not fault a thing. Can not wait to go back! |

Calm relaxing friendly I wanted a special treat for my best friend and myself. This was a wonderful relaxing day that we both really needed. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The spa area was clean; there were plenty of fluffy towels & robes. The pool was lovely & warm; the essence steam room was wonderful for clearing the sinus. The full body massage & facial were out of this world, I do not think I have ever been so relaxed, I dosed off at one point. The girls were lovely & very good at their jobs. We thought they deserve to have free use of the facilities when they finish work. Only two slight disappointments, the lunch was not very good it may have been what we chose but it tasted like packet food. Also the manicure & pedicure were only file & polish. I think for £290 it could have included a bit more. Overall it was a lovely relaxing day. |

The Grand is grand The hotel is splendid and set in a lovely location. The spa was clean and tidy. Endless supply of fluffy towels. It could benefit from larger changing facilities and the swimsuit spin dryer wasn\'t working. The hotel guests have access to the Spa\'s indoor pool and there were quite a few children there which was the only down side really. |

brilliant spa day out We had a mother and daughter pamper day, and we enjoyed every minute. The hotel was beautiful and our lunch was tasty and served on the sunny terrace. In the spa the staff were attentive and helpful .Our facial and massage were very relaxing. Unfortunately our nail treatments were a bit rushed as they were done at the end of the day and my daughters smudged as they were not dry when we left. We loved our day though and we would definitely go back to the Grand at Eastbourne. |

couldn't do enough on arrival we were all treated with the graciousness and kindness. we were left to enjoy the pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool. my daughter, sister and i were asked to chose our lunch and because it was such a glorious day , the staff went out of their way to ensure we ate on the terrace which was absolutely beautiful. lunch itself was flawless! our treatments then continued into the afternoon and again nothing was too much trouble for the staff. i would and already have recommend this venue for anybody's special treat! |
